Tony attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in NewMarket, Ontario and graduated with his certification as a Registered Massage Therapist in 1998. Tony continues to be a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He is currently a member of the Ontario Massage Therapy Association and the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals (OFOP). 

In 2002 Tony was accepted to participate in a comprehensive, clinical-based program offered by The Osteopathic College of Ontario in conjunction with the Osteopathic Health & Wellness Institute (OHWI). This was an intensive program taught by Dr. Steven Sanet; an American Osteopathic physician, renowned lecturer, founder of OHWI, and author. Tony completed this program in Osteopathy in 2006 and received his Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Theory & Practice.  Tony continued to teach courses for this program for many years.  He has enjoyed teaching and has mentored many students through this program.

From April 2021 till April 2023, Tony spent his time learning and training with one of his mentors, Dr. Shawn Centers, DO, FACOP, BCIM, BCIP, Professor of Pediatrics and Osteopathic Medicine. Tony has completed his program and is now a Master Clinician in Integrative Osteopathy. This is an advanced practice course designed to expand the clinical skills of manual osteopathy. Dr. Center’s was the last physician to work alongside Dr. Viola Frymann, an Osteopathic legend. Dr. Center’s was a student of Viola M Frymann, who was a student of William G. Sutherland, who was a student of Andrew Taylor Still, M.D., the founder of Osteopathy. This represents an extensive history of knowledge and expertise being passed down by these world renowned professionals, sharing their wisdom in the world of osteopathy. Dr. Center’s is a board certified clinician with with many years of working with the most challenging cases. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of Osteopathy and Integrative Medicine.

Tony has been self-employed since 1999 when he began his practice in Port Elgin. Tony has always dreamed of owning a multi-disciplinary health clinic where many like minded, skilled professionals, can apply their expertise and help clients to live better, now and into the future.

Tony has a wealth of knowledge and professional experience however, he is passionate about working with babes and pediatrics has become an area that he loves to focus on. He also enjoys working with individuals who experience chronic health conditions, including brain injuries.

Tony and his wife Alicia, are the owners of Maple Shores Health Centre, established in 2007. Tony and Alicia reside in Port Elgin with their twin boys.  Tony enjoys family time, the beach, spending time in nature, biking, coaching and watching their boys play hockey, a good game of capture the flag and laser tag with the family and more recently, time with Beau, their husky.
