Masking

  • Masks are no longer mandatory in the clinic but you may choose to use them at your discretion.

  • You practitioner may still choose to wear a mask. If they are not and you wish for them to wear a mask, they will respectfully do so if you ask. If you present with symptoms during your treatment, your practitioner may ask you to put on a mask to ensure the health and well-being of everyone in the room and the clinic. A mask will be provided for you.

  • If you have been unwell prior to your appointment, and your symptoms have resolved for 24-48 hrs, so you are now permitted to attend your appt, as per the government standard, it is still recommended that you wear a mask for 10 days following this time frame.

Feeling Unwell?

  • Prior to visiting the clinic, we ask that you assess your health and well-being at all times.

  • If you feel unwell, we ask that you kindly refrain from visiting the clinic.

  • Please call at 519-832-4500 or email us at www.mapleshores.ca, if you have any concerns about your situation and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date when your situation has improved.

Waiting Room

  • We encourage you to continue to arrive at your scheduled appointment time but our waiting room is open for you to use as needed.

Payment/Billing/Scheduling Appointments

We continue to offer contactless payment options by way of tap or you may also put a credit card on file, for your convenience. We also accept cash or cheque if required of if this is your preferred method of payment. You also have the option to pay online.  For your convenience and at your request we can email your receipt to you. If you would like a paper copy of your invoice, please ask and our administration will be happy to provide this for you.
